Commercial Use License

Version 1.0 — applies to every digital file sold by AxoTechs.

What you are buying

A digital 3D model file (STL and 3MF) designed and owned by AxoTechs.

You may

• Print unlimited copies on printers you own or operate
• Sell physical printed objects made from this file, in unlimited quantity
• Use printed items commercially: retail, markets, wholesale, client work
• Modify the model for your own printing and physical product sales
• Use photos of your own prints in your marketing
• Run production print farms with no unit caps and no royalties

You may not

• Resell, redistribute, share or give away the digital file itself
• Upload the file, modified or not, to any model repository, marketplace or file-sharing service
• Sell or license the file as part of a bundle, membership or subscription
• Claim authorship or original design credit
• Use AxoTechs branding to imply partnership or endorsement

Attribution

Not required for physical sales. Appreciated, never mandatory.

Refunds

Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file has a genuine defect, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.

Liability

Files are provided “as is” without warranty. AxoTechs is not liable for print failures, material costs, equipment damage or lost sales. You are responsible for print safety, food-safety decisions and compliance with local law.

Termination

Violating the redistribution terms terminates this license immediately.
